White-Label Customization
Saturn Cloud can be deployed under your brand. Your customers see your name, your domain, and your visual identity. Saturn Cloud is not visible to them unless you choose to disclose it.
Standard customization
Every operator deployment includes:
Custom domain: The platform runs on a domain you control. Your customers access it at a URL that belongs to you (e.g., platform.yourcloud.com).
Custom logo: Your logo appears in the portal header and on the login page.
Custom color scheme: Primary colors and basic styling match your brand.
These are configured during the deployment process. Changes after go-live require a configuration update – contact support@saturncloud.io.
Additional customization
Other customizations are possible depending on your requirements. Common requests include:
- Custom email templates for signup and notifications
- Additional branding on specific portal pages
If you have a specific requirement not listed here, raise it during the sales or deployment process and we’ll let you know what’s feasible.
Authentication
The platform ships with built-in authentication. Most operators use this because their customers are coming to them without an existing enterprise SSO stack – that’s often part of why they chose a neocloud over a hyperscaler.
If a specific tenant needs SSO integration (SAML, OIDC), contact support@saturncloud.io to discuss options.
What customers see
Tenants access a portal that shows:
- Your branding throughout
- Their own resources, users, and usage
- No cross-tenant visibility
The Saturn Cloud name and branding are not shown to tenants by default. If you want to co-brand (e.g., “Powered by Saturn Cloud”), that’s configurable, but it is not the default.
