Self-service AI workspaces
A self-service GPU cloud and customer portal, white-labeled to your brand
The shortest path between a new customer and a running training job is a self-service signup flow that ends in a working AI workspace. Saturn Cloud is that flow. JupyterLab, VS Code, SSH, jobs, deployments, on your GPU fleet, behind your login.
Why self-service is the product
"Email us for SSH access" is not a GPU cloud
Customers comparing GPU clouds expect to sign up, see pricing, launch a workspace, and run a workload before they talk to anyone. Operators that cannot offer that lose the comparison before the conversation starts. Saturn Cloud closes that gap.
Sign up and launch a workspace in minutes
Email verification, payment method, instance pick, workspace running. Same flow new customers have come to expect from any modern cloud.
JupyterLab, VS Code, SSH, all on H100s and H200s
Pre-configured CUDA, drivers, and ML libraries. Customers stop wasting their first day on environment setup and start running training.
Jobs and deployments on the same fleet
Workspaces are for interactive work. Jobs handle long training and batch inference. Deployments host model endpoints. One platform, one usage record.
White-labeled to your brand
Customers see your logo, your domain, your pricing. The platform vendor does not show up in the experience. Your customer relationship, your account.
How it works
The portal stack
Workspaces are tenant-scoped
Every workspace runs in the tenant's own namespace, on GPU nodes allocated to that tenant. No cross-tenant scheduling, no leaked secrets.
Customers can bring their own image
Saturn Cloud ships sensible defaults for PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. Customers who need a custom Docker image can supply one without rebuilding the workspace.
Idle detection on by default
Notebook servers shut down when GPU utilization drops to zero. Customers see clean usage records. Operators stop subsidizing forgotten kernels.
The shift
From SSH keys to a self-service portal
| SSH-and-support GPU cloud | With Saturn Cloud |
|---|---|
| Send customer IP addresses, SSH keys, and a setup guide | Send customer a login URL |
| Customer installs drivers and CUDA on day one | Pre-configured workspaces ready on day one |
| Support tickets ask "how do I run Jupyter?" | Self-service launch in the portal UI |
| Account managers onboard every new customer | Customers sign up and run their first job in minutes |
| No usage visibility for customers | Per-user, per-project GPU-hour showback |
